Ingredients:
Apple - 1 medium (3" dia) 182g
Asparagus - 4 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) 64g
Broccoli - 1 stalk 151g
Carrots - 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long) 216g
Celery - 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) 192g
Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon 13.5g
Parsley - 1 handful 40g
Directions
Make sure you don't put olive oil into your juicer. Place the olive oil into a glass, then pour the juice onto it and stir to mix well.
