Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Green chilies ½ kg
Oil 1 cup
Lemons 2
Onion 3
Curry leaves few
Turmeric 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Nigella seeds 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions
Take oil in the pan and a3 chopped onion and fry them till they are golden brown. Add in 1 tsp turmeric, salt and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and meat. When the water dries add in green chilies and 1 cup hot water. When the meat tenders add in black pepper, fries green chilies and white cumin. Serve hot.
