Ingredients:


Achari bhindi

Lady fingers ½ kg

Yogurt 1 cup

Mustard oil 1 cup

Green chilies 6

Curry leaves few

Fenugreek seeds few

Tamarind paste ½ cup

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

White cumin 1 tsp

Aniseed 1 tsp

Nigella seed 1 tsp

Mustard seed 1 tsp

Red chili crushed 1 tbsp

Whole coriander ½ tbsp

Salt to taste

Directions

First ½ kg lady fingers and dry them and place mark in the center. Heat 1 cup oil in the wok and add few seeds of fenugreek and add lady fingers to slightly fry. When they turn brown add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp nigella seed, 1 tsp white cumin, 1 tbsp red chili crushed, 6 green chilies, 1 tsp aniseed and ½ cup tamarind paste to cook. Then add few curry leaves with 1 cup yogurt and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. In the end add salt to taste and serve it with chapattis.
