Ingredients:


Potatoes 2

Chopped Carrots 2

Chopped Capsicum 2

Lemons 4

Tomatoes 4

Green chilies 8

Peas 8

Oil 1 cup

Chopped green coriander 1 bunch

Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches

Cauliflower 1

Crushed black pepper 1 ts

Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Coriander seeds 1 tbsp

Mustard powder 1 tbsp

Butter 1 tbsp

Chopped ginger 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Directions

Take tomatoes in the wok and add in red chili powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and some salt. Cook it till the water dries. Add some oil in the frying pan and add in 2 sliced potatoes. Fry them. Then add in 1 small cauliflower, similarly add in 2 chopped capsicum and 2 chopped carrots. When the water of the tomatoes dry, add in the fried vegetables, fenugreek leaves, crushed cumin, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, black pepper and mustard powder. Add in lemon juice, green chilies and 1 bunch green coriander and 1 tbsp butter. Simmer and serve it with chapatti.
