ISLAMABAD: Super model Ayyan Ali on Saturday filed an an application at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, seeking action against officials of the interior ministry and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for not removing her name from the Exit Control List despite the court orders.
The model filed the application through PPP leader and senior lawyer Sardar Latif Khosa, praying the court to initiate contempt of court proceedings against Shahid Hayat, Director FIA Sindh, additional secretary of interior ministry and others as she was not allowed to travel abroad on April 15.
She argued if Pervez Mushraff was allowed to travel abroad, then why couldn't her name be removed from the Exit Control List.
